Cancellation Policy*
If you cancel the booking after the organising team has confirmed receipt of your Registration Form and copy of the deposit payment, you will be liable to pay Artventure/Percussion Camp a cancellation fee. The nearer the cancellation date is to the departure date, the greater the charge will be. The sums payable are: Up to 30 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the agreed amount will be invoiced. From 29 days to 0 days prior to the departure: 100% of the agreed amount will be invoiced. When you select this option, you are agreeing with this condition regarding the Cancellation Policy.

Liability Waiver*
I declare that I accept to participate in the Artventure/Percussion Camp and its related activities and sail on the sailing boat with my own risk and that I therefore assume all related risks including the risks of loss of life, personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, baggage or other property whilst onboard and whilst embarking or disembarking. I agree that the sailing boat, her Owners, Servants, Charterers and any other person on board the sailing boat are under no liability whatsoever to me, whether statutory or otherwise, and whether or not there be negligence on the part of any of the aforesaid. I expressly and unreservedly waive any claims or claims I have or Ι may have in the future against the Organizers and relieve them of the following: 1. any liability for any loss, damage, expense, injury or loss of my life as a result of my participation for any reason whatsoever 2. any liability for damage to property, or personal injury to third parties arising from my participation 3. any liability for any costs that may arise from medical expenses, search and rescue, evacuation and litigation resulting from my participation. I acknowledge and agree that the Organizers, their staff, and their affiliates have taken all measures for my safety and have informed me of the safety rules and the activity related risks.
